Questions, answered
When am I charged?
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, then every three months on the same date. Subscribe on the 15th and your next payment falls on the 15th, three months later.
Which bouquet do I get first?
Whichever season you join in. Subscribe in June and you start with summer. Subscribe in December and you start with winter.
Can I buy these bouquets on their own?
No. Each seasonal bouquet is designed exclusively for our subscribers and is never sold individually, so the only way to have them in your home is through the subscription.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
There is a minimum of two seasons, so two bouquets. Once your second has arrived you are free to pause, amend or cancel at any time with no penalty.
Does a vase come with it?
The subscription is the bouquet on its own. You can add the White Ceramic Petal Vase above as a one-off purchase, sized to hold every seasonal bouquet, and it arrives with your first delivery. It is charged once, never as part of the subscription. You can also browse our full vase collection.
How quickly does it arrive?
Each bouquet is dispatched within 10 working days of payment and sent tracked on Royal Mail 48. Local collection from our Chester unit is also available.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Yes, and it is one of the better ones. Rather than a single present they get something new arriving four times a year, and none of it needs watering.
