The flowers were so beautiful. I had a problem with the delivery which wasn't there fault. When I contacted her she tracked the parcel and got it sent. Such great customer service!!!! That is something that really impressed me.
The winter bouquet was a present for my daughter and I was pleasantly surprised when she showed me the flowers as they looked just like the real thing. Beautifully wrapped in brown paper with string together with a small gift card.
